A species of humanoid aliens who control a small interstellar civilization mostly within the Xetan galaxy. Their civilization has maintained a low level of trade and social interaction with the Queldari since they first encountered on another around the year 300 million BCE. However the Xetan are highly secretive and untrusting, a series of diplomatic incidents leads to a slow souring of the relationship and by the time of Terran-Eldar contact, the two former allies are mostly isolated from each other.
